Orders submitted after 5:00 PM PST will generally begin processing on the following business day.
Processing and transit times may increase during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order demand. If a major delay occurs, we will contact you via email with an update.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days.
You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s official website or the tracking page available on our website.
Changes to Shipping Address or Order Details
If you need to modify your shipping address or update order information, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
After an order enters the processing or packing stage, changes may no longer be available. Approved updates may also require an extra 1–2 business days for processing.

Tracking Delays
Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking number still shows no updates after 3 business days, please email us at support@merchspirit.com so we can investigate the shipment status.
Missing Items
If your order arrives with any missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide your order number, details of the missing item, and photos of the package when possible. Our support team will review the case and guide you through the next steps.
Delayed Delivery
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days after the expected delivery date.
We will review the shipment information with the carrier and assist you according to the shipping status and our store policy.
