Delivery Process

  • Processing Time: This includes order verification, preparation, and packaging. Time may vary depending on your location and order volume.
  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your package to arrive after processing, based on the shipping method and destination.

Our order cutoff time is based on Pacific Standard Time (PST, UTC-8).

Delivery may take longer during holidays, busy seasons, or promotional events.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping phases.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can check tracking updates directly on our website.
  • Some carriers may take 5–7 business days to update tracking information.

Shipping Delays

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 calendar days, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
  • For any unexpected delays, please reach out—we aim to respond within 12 hours.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:
  1. Double-check your delivery area and mailbox.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for details.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
  • Merchspirit is not liable for customs issues if:
  1. The package is rejected by the recipient.
  2. Delivery fails after multiple attempts.

We may cancel orders at our discretion, and refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
