Each MerchSpirit item is uniquely crafted just for you. We prioritize fast and efficient delivery of your purchases.

We handle orders from Monday to Friday according to Pacific Standard Time. Please be aware that the following postal holidays are excluded: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

DELIVERY TIME

Currently, we’re unable to ship to US military bases. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Multiple address shipping within a single order isn’t available. Bear in mind, delivery periods provided are approximate and may vary, especially during high-demand seasons.

TAX

MerchSpirit does not charge any additional taxes on orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Allow 3-5 days for us to prepare your products for shipment. If there’s a delay in shipping, it’s because we’re ensuring your items are perfect. Should there be any unforeseen hitches, we’ll keep you informed via email.

Once your order ships, a confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent to you for order monitoring.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If your order fails to arrive within 45 days, we guarantee a complete refund.

If you face delivery delays, please get in touch. We pledge a response within 12 hours. We value your patience and comprehension.

If your order shows ‘delivered’ but hasn’t arrived, inspect your premises first. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact the specified shipping company in your email notification. Persistent issues? Reach out to our support at [email protected].

MerchSpirit is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address details. Ensure your shipping info is accurate during checkout. Spotted an error? Email us swiftly at [email protected]. Given our 48-hour email response time, orders dispatched within this period might be out of our control for any alterations.

Tax or duty charges applied at the destination are outside MerchSpirit’s purview. Such fees, restrictions, and duties fall on the customers.

In certain scenarios, MerchSpirit won’t cover duties, taxes, or customs fees if:

  • The customer declines the package.
  • Repeated delivery failures occur.
  • MerchSpirit retains the right to cancel packages without mandatory refund obligations.
