Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
At Merchspirit, we strive to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If there is any problem with your order, this policy outlines how we manage order modifications, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can request an order modification or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be undergoing processing, production, or shipping preparation. Once this happens, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
To request an update or cancellation, please email support@merchspirit.com with your order number and the details of your request.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and not worn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging included
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To begin a return request, please contact support@merchspirit.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions. Prepaid return labels are only provided in approved situations, such as items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the ordered item.
Return Shipping Responsibility
We will pay for return shipping costs only if the item received is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect
- Substantially different from the original order
For all other approved return requests, return shipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We may approve exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Exchanges for size or color variations may also be supported depending on stock availability. However, exchange requests for sale products or personalized items may not be eligible.
To request an exchange, please email support@merchspirit.com with your order number and the details of the exchange request. If approved, we will provide return instructions and explain the following steps.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement if it meets our exchange requirements.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been delivered and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 2 business days.
After the refund is issued, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued. This may apply if the returned item:
- Shows evidence of use
- Is not returned in its original condition
- Does not include original packaging or tags
