Order Changes & Exchanges
We kindly request that you thoroughly review your order details, including size, design, quantity, and address before confirming.
Due to our fast order processing system, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for mistakes related to item type, size, design, or address.
However, if you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of placing your order to cancel and reorder correctly.

Canceling Orders
You have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel your order.
If you request a cancellation after this period, your order may already be in production or shipping.
Please note: A 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply to any canceled order.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
After this period, all orders are considered accepted and are no longer eligible for refunds.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The design received is different from what was ordered
- The size or material is not what you selected
- You received the wrong product
- The item does not match the product description
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be the result of our error
- Tags must be intact
- Minor issues such as loose threads are not eligible
Required for Refunds
- Return shipping label or receipt
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
- Photos of defects or wrong items
- Relevant email communication or screenshots
Return and Refund Process
Please email your refund request along with the required documents to [email protected].
Our Customer Service team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
We will then provide specific return instructions based on your situation.
Note: Refunds can only be issued once we confirm that your return is eligible.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
These costs will not be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.
You will receive an email notification when the refund is issued.
All original shipping charges will also be refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After this time, refunds cannot be provided.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted during this window. There are no extra return fees, but customers must cover return shipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, or for returns made without contacting us in advance.
