Shipping Time

- Shipping Time: This begins after processing and depends on the selected shipping method and destination.
Please note: our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons or promotional periods.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall delivery time includes both processing and shipping phases.

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays
If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
If any unexpected delays occur, don’t hesitate to reach out. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
