At Aussiesmerch, we value transparency and efficiency. We currently ship exclusively to customers within Australia.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A$8.95 flat rate.
  • Free Shipping: Applicable for all orders over A$149.

Delivery Timeframes The total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time and the Transit Time. Please review the details below to know when to expect your package.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Processing Window: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will begin the processing period on the next business day.
  • How we work: As a Print-on-Demand business, we produce items specifically for you. This handling time allows us to print, quality check, and pack your order securely.

2. Transit Time (Shipping)

  • Once processed and handed to the courier, delivery within Australia typically takes 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • 10–15 business days (Processing + Shipping).

Tracking Your Order You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Note: It may take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system after you receive the email.
  • If your tracking number does not show any updates after 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Address & Order Modifications Because our production timeline is strict, we can only accept changes to shipping addresses or order details within 6 hours of order placement.

  • Please email us immediately if you notice an error.
  • If a change is approved, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Delay & Delivery Issues

  • Late Deliveries: If your order has passed the estimated delivery date (15 business days) and you have not received it, please contact us within 2 business days so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost Packages: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If still missing, contact us immediately.
