Refund policy

At Aussiesmerch, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As we operate on a Print-on-Demand basis, each item is uniquely crafted for you. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Cancellation Policy We understand that mistakes happen. You may request to cancel or modify your order (including address changes or size adjustments) within 6 hours of purchase.

  • After 6 hours: Your order is sent to our production facility, and we can no longer cancel or modify it.
  • How to Cancel: Please email support@aussiesmerch.com immediately with your order number.

2. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Scenarios for Returns & Exchanges

A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility) If you received a product that is damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong size/item compared to what you ordered:

  • Cost: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs (or we may send a replacement without asking for a return).
  • Action: Please verify your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos of the defect. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

B. Change of Mind or Wrong Size Ordered (Customer Responsibility) Since our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you selected the wrong size/color.

  • Exception: If we approve a return for these reasons (for non-personalized items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

C. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized items (items customized with your specific name, number, or text) cannot be returned unless defective.

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, you must contact us first:

  • Email us at support@aussiesmerch.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Credit: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@aussiesmerch.com.
