Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing our store for your shopping needs. The terms below apply to all products you’ve purchased from us.

Cancellation Policy:

You have a window of 12 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel or make modifications. This policy is in place because orders are set for printing 12 hours after they are received to guarantee speedy fulfillment. Beyond this period, we cannot accept cancellations or changes as the order progresses to processing.

Return/Refund Policy:

Our products are crafted uniquely for you. When you order, we tailor-make and print the items to meet your specifications. Owing to the custom nature of our items, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a product that has a defect, has been damaged in transit, isn’t the item you ordered, or has any printing quality issues, you have a window of 72 hours from the time of delivery to notify us. Beyond this period, replacements will not be available.

To lodge a claim:

  • Email us at [email protected]
  • Provide your order number.
  • Attach clear video/photo evidence of the defective product.
  • Include label images. Upon verification, and if the defect is significant, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. You may retain the original item.

Incorrect Address Policy:

In the event a package gets sent back to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, or if it’s marked “unclaimed”, “return to sender”, or is undeliverable for any other reason by the carrier, you’ll be informed via email. Subsequently, we will process a refund.

Note: Refunds may take between 2-8 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Ensure your address is accurate when checking out. We won’t be held accountable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you choose to redirect your package through the final mile carrier once it has left our facility, any risks of loss, theft, or damage to the package are solely yours.

For promotions that offer “free worldwide shipping”, if orders are returned because of an incomplete or unknown address, OR if packages are refused/returned to the sender, refunds will be provided MINUS the original shipping and handling costs that would have been applicable without the promotional offer.
